ChannelOnline provides shortcuts and highly customizable viewing options that enable you to work efficiently and smarter. Once the Administrative options are set up, ChannelOnline users who successfully log-in to the solution will see the personalized "MyChannel" view. This is the starting point for a sales rep to manage all their customer information, build all their quotes and send and manage sales orders. Sales reps can check if they've received any orders from customers placed through the e-Commerce StoreSite. It's also the starting point for buyers to create purchase orders to your suppliers.
ChannelOnline has a very user-friendly interface. All the information that your sales reps, buyers and administrators will need are right here at their fingertips. For example, the dashboard lets you know that your price values from each of the supported suppliers are downloading successfully. It displays for Administrators, all the company's and individual's sales, including quotes and orders for today and this month. And then your buyers have insight into your purchase orders for today and this month as well.
Sales reps can quickly drill down into their recent customers contact information, a quote hot list if they have a large proposal that they're working on, or a standard configuration that they typically quote. There's also a "Favorite products" list that they can manage. So if they're typically quoting the same items they can add it to their favorites list and quickly insert it to any document that they're currently working on.
