If you have an account with one or more of these distributors or suppliers – catalog imports and availability updates are processed automatically using your individual login details, and you have the ability to compare your pre-negotiated prices with these distributors and suppliers for every product.

Enable all your suppliers – at once! This means you don't need to import and maintain separate catalogs, check multiple Web sites for pricing and availability, cope with several product data models, or connect with different back-end systems anymore.

If you work with other suppliers, ChannelOnline also provides you with the flexibility to add custom product or service SKUs on the fly, create quotes, orders and POs. Additional distributors can be set up as Custom Suppliers and their catalog imported in bulk to be auto-matched (where applicable) to ChannelOnline's normalized product data.

  • Quick and easy supplier setup (existing accounts and new account sign-up)
  • Ability to setup custom suppliers with our import wizard. Import your product database for searching and adding to sales documents.
  • Ability to manage contract suppliers with special pricing (such as IBM Special Bid, HP Big Deal and government contracts) and associate that pricing to a customer via the price profile. Customer can see their contract pricing on your store.
  • Enable government and education accounts. A price profile "cost method" may then be established accordingly
  • Provide supplier ETA and quantity on order to improve visibility into the supply chain and enable better sourcing decisions
